Over the summer, we had college students interning for us at work. They went to WSU in Eastern Washington, a school whose colors are crimson and gray. On their last day I wanted to bring in cupcakes, so I tried my hand at double-colored frosting for the first time.

Well, the color results are fine, but as you can see, the gray frosting wasn’t quite thick enough to hold up to being piped! Sad! Most homes in Seattle don’t have A/C, and it was a surprisingly warm week here, so I’m blaming the weather. Oh well, they still tasted good!
