Pumpkin Cupcakes with Cinnamon Cream Cheese Frosting


I meant to take photos along the way as I made these, but I forgot. Bah! So these are pumpkin cupcakes. I used this recipe, but without the nuts. I also used that recipe for the cream cheese frosting, although I think I ended up using more powdered sugar and I also added cinnamon! I don’t know how much – I just kept sprinkling & mixing & tasting until I was happy. Then I plunked some Zachary brand mellowcreme pumpkins (superior to the Brach brand ones, if you wondered) on top to make them look cute and Fall-y!
